We are now in our new home in Gosport with the food bank ready to help the local community.
As ever, demand for food parcels continues to be high with AOK delivering more than 60 food parcels to families in the Fareham and Gosport areas each week.
If you are shopping please consider adding in a few items for AOK - everything is really appreciated and helps feed those in need.
And if you have a glut of vegetables from your garden or allotment we can redistribute to the local community.
We are grateful for all donations but we are particularly keen for donations of:
Meals in a tin
Baked beans
Washing powder
Tinned ham/corned beef
Tins of tomatoes
We'd also love some more carrier bags.
